Tanya in Training

Ahhhhh!  Traininig and exercising are not my thing!  I am trying though, as i know i need to get in shape in order to get to the roof of Africa.  So, here is my deal - I am doing:

1. abs from P90X - 2 times a week
2. Couch Potato to 5k - 3 times a week
3. Random weight training each time i exercise.  That makes it 5 times a week

What should i do on the 6th day?  I figure the 7th day, i should rest, but i could do something else on that sixth day - ideas?

  1. It seems like some climbing leg work would be helpful. Stadium steps, stair stepper, or hill hiking. Good luck :)

  2. I would suggest just a good walk. You don't need to do something strenous every day.
